Sky-Side is an Exterior Envelope Contractor serving the lower mainland of British Columbia. Our services include: exterior painting, exterior caulking, waterproofing, spray insulation, traffic coatings, masonry veneer and exterior unaccessible window cleaning.

We have four full time teams in our organization with the following experience and skills:

Team 1. Painting, caulking and unaccessible highrise window cleaning,

Team 2. Liquid waterproofing, vehicular traffic coatings, pedestrian traffic coating & SBS roofing systems

Team 3. Stone & masonry veneer, brick restoration and non-structural CMU

Team 4. Spray foam insulation, spray mineral fibre insulation. and general insulation

The very first steps and experience of Sky-Side started in 1999 when the need for specialists in exterior envelope work was demanded by the market. It was in 2007 that Sky-Side Construction joined the skills of experienced applicators and professional engineering to offer a complete team for exterior envelope work.
